HOW TO MAKE BURAS
Indonesia is famous for its variety of foods. From various
regions all have a distinctive food. On this occasion, I will discuss one of

Buras or burasa or burasak are
traditional food of Bugis and
Makassar society originating from South Sulawesi. Nasi Buras has similarities

rice and coconut milk and other spices. In other areas it may be difficult to
find this delicious hot rice, but we can make it ourselves without having to
come all the way to South Sulawesi. Making rice is very easy and simple with

buras, the ingredients to prepare are 1 liter of rice, 1 liter of coconut milk

Rice is washed
