How to Make Cangkuning ?


Roko' Roko' Cangkuning is one of traditional food of Jeneponto. It is usually found in some traditional party. It is easy to make it. This is the ways to make Roko' Roko' Cangkuning.




The ingredients are 250 gram o flour coconut milk, 50 grams of Kanji Flour, 1 teaspoon lime paste, 75 cc of water leaves suji of  10 sheets suji leaves and 10 sheet leaves of pandan, 100 cc of  water, 1 spoon flour rice,1/4 teaspoon salt and salt prepare banana to use it wraps the dough later.
