Students of English Education Department, Teaching and Science Faculty, Alauddin State Islamic University 2016 spent 23 millions to hold an inauguration by the theme “The Lights Gather Us” at one of Makassar’s luxury hotel, Swiss Belinn Panakkukang, Makassar, South Celebes and was attended by more than 800 invited guests on Friday night (05/19/2017).  The first performance was Angaru’, then continued to Padduppa Dance and later opening by the masters of ceremony who wear the traditional dress of buginese. The coordinator of agendum, Fahmi Satria who also perform as one of the masters of ceremony stated that, “The concept that we want to show in this inauguration is art and culture, which still look traditional yet contemporary”. “I personally love something unique and different.
