How To Make Soto Ayam ?


Soto Ayam is one of main course in Indonesia. It is easy to find in Indonesia and also easy to make. It is usually served with warm rice.


Before make the Soto Ayam, we need to prepare the materials and ingredients such as 1 chicken, 5 eggs boiled, 2 potatos boiled, 100 grams Touge boiled, 4 tablespoon onion fried. For the spices (mashed), provide 5 of onion, 5siung garlic, 5 candlenut, 1 cm ginger, 1cm turmeric , The spices soto chicken: 2 cm ginger plant ,1 stem citronella, 2 tablespoon leaf onions iris smooth, 2sdm celery iris smooth, 1 ½ teaspoon sugar, pepper, lime water. 

After prepare it, now we make the Soto Ayam. First, heat the water and then boiled chicken with a small fire until cooked. Enter the ingredients are mashed into the broth ( boiled water chicken ), then enter galangal lemongrass, salt, sugar and pepper, fried chicken is boiled then ripped put the rice into a bowl give bean sprouts, eggs, the potatoes and ripped chicken then flush with the broth. Sprinkle leaves onion, celery, onion, fried and lemon juice.
